Donate

Sadiki welcomes donations of any size. We can accept donations by cheque in pounds sterling or Australian dollars, or online from a credit card in any currency (although your donation will be calculated in pounds sterling).

You can donate online (from the UK or overseas) using your debit or credit card by clicking on the Donate Now banner above, and following the instructions on screen. Set up a standing order

Standing orders provide Sadiki with a regular income stream which allows us to plan our projects more reliably. To set up a standing order from any UK account, please complete our standing order form.

Payroll giving

Payroll giving involves you specifying a donation amount which is then deducted from your monthly salary before tax. Because it is deducted before tax, the amount you pledge costs you less. For example, if you pledge £10 a month to Sadiki, it will actually only cost you £7.80. You will need to check with your payroll or HR department whether they do payroll giving. If so, they will require you to complete a simple form, and then they will take care of the rest.

Like a regular standing order, payroll giving provides Sadiki with a steady, predictable income which makes it easier to plan ahead. And because payroll giving is deducted before tax, it already includes the gift aid component, which saves Sadiki the administrative task of collecting it separately.

Tax rebate

You can donate all or part of your tax rebate to Sadiki, if you fill in a UK self-assessment tax return. To do this, you will need to nominate Sadiki to receive your rebate by entering Sadiki's code XAT03XG on your tax return.

Do a sponsored event

Why not take part in your own event and collect sponsorship to support Sadiki. Sponsored events to date include the Three Peaks challenge, and one of our supporters giving up food for 24 hours. Please contact us for support and advice if you would like to do a sponsored event for Sadiki.
